Our TOSAs (Teachers on Special Assignment) work within our school district to provide mentorship and support to first-, second-, and third-year teachers, in addition to offering coaching and support to all educators within the district. The Waseca School District is a member of the PDS Partnership with Minnesota State University, Mankato. TOSAs work in conjunction with Minnesota State University, Mankato, as in-district supervisors for teacher candidate placement and training.
