Any student in Spanish I, II, III, or IV can be a member of the Spanish Club. Each year the Spanish Club members elect officers and decide what activities they would like to do each trimester. The Club is also involved in a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year. This fundraising helps provide funds for extras in the Spanish classrooms, Spanish Club activities, supplies and fieldtrips and helps students build personal accounts to help with their travel expenses if they choose to participate in the Spanish department’s foreign travel program. There is a fee to participate in this club. Students have the opportunity to apply profits they earn from fund-raising activities to this fee.
