Waseca Public Schools offers an extensive list of choices for students to consider as they grow through their education, at school and in Community Education offerings. We have an award-winning marching band, the Waseca Marching Jays, which performs year-round. Students can focus on a great variety of arts media to study and participate in shows in the community. Waseca’s music concerts and theater productions are always extremely well attended in our community and win accolades in competitions they’re in. Our arts students work hard at their crafts and enjoy the top-notch instruction they’re given in classes both in school and as extra-curricular options. Students who enjoy singing are given several opportunities with our winning choir groups that perform and win competitions, and our performing arts students get to choose from a number of performance options throughout the year with Community Education as well. There are many courses available for drawing, painting, sculpting and digital art by both our excellent teaching staff at our schools. Along with a robust Agricultural and Trade class list, we offer a multitude of business classes as well.
