Waseca Marching Classic
The Marching Classic holds both parade and field competitions the same day. In the early afternoon, the bands parade through the downtown of Waseca playing their mightiest. In the late afternoon a field competition is held at the High School's athletic field. The Waseca Marching Classic brings some of the finest marching bands from Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.Waseca Waterpark
The Waseca Waterpark and adjacent parking area are located within City-owned Northeast Park, easily accessible by car, bus, bicycle, or even on foot. It was built in 2006 and 2007 at a cost of $3.6 million with over $1.5 million coming from private donations.
