Chromebook Troubleshooting Tips VIDEO
- Have the student sign out (click the area in the lower right corner, then click 'sign out') and shut down (lower-left corner, click 'shut down'). Then sign back in and try again. (This should let any updates apply.)
- Press refresh (the partial circle with arrow key, 4th from left in the top row of keys) and the power button at the same time. (This is similar to a reboot.) Then have them sign in again and try. (*Attn Grades K & 3:The power button is on the rightside of the device, not part of the keyboard.)
