Fan Bus Information – Updated:
Waseca High School is excited to announce that American Family Insurance, Matthew R. Petsinger Agency, LLC will be sponsoring the first two fan buses headed to Saturday’s game. These first two buses will be free of charge and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis through signups in the Waseca High School Main Office.
Once the first two buses are full, a third fan bus will be made available for interested riders.
Cost for the third and any additional buses: $12 per rider (This does not include a game ticket — tickets must be purchased separately.)
Eligibility:
Students in grades 7–12 may ride without a chaperone.
Students in grades K–6 must be accompanied by an adult.
Open to all community members.
Departure: Buses will leave from the west side of Waseca High School by the PAC at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Registration:
Sign up in advance in the Waseca High School Main Office by Thursday, November 20th.
All fans must have a confirmed seat for every person traveling on the bus.
Walk-ups will NOT be allowed on Saturday.
Bus Assignments: Buses will be assigned at the time you sign up in the Main Office.
Minimum Rider Requirement: Each bus must have at least 50 riders in order to run.
How It Works:
If Bus 1 reaches 50 riders, it will be confirmed.
If Bus 2 reaches 50 riders, it will be confirmed.
Bus 3 (and any additional buses) must also reach 50 riders to run.
If a bus fails to meet the 50-rider minimum — for example, only 17 riders — that bus will be canceled, and those riders will need to arrange their own transportation.
Full refunds will be issued in the High School Office for any canceled bus.
