The Waseca Bluejays boys tennis team opened their season with an impressive 4-3 victory over the Red Wing Wingers on Thursday, April 2nd in Owatonna. Due to inclement weather, the early season matchup was moved indoors to the West Hills Indoor Tennis Center. The JV squad fell just short in a competitive match, losing 2-1.
Red Wing brought a veteran presence to the court, featuring eight seniors in their lineup at key positions, but the Bluejays responded with resilience and strong individual performances—especially in singles play, where Waseca secured all four wins.
