Here is a friendly reminder to our JHHS Families. We want to make sure you are aware of a new Wednesday schedule beginning this school year.

📅 Wednesday PLC Schedule Begins September 16

Please note that the new Wednesday PLC schedule does not begin until Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Wednesday, September 9:
School will begin at the normal time.

Beginning Wednesday, September 16:
The JHHS school day will begin at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesdays.

What Families Need to Know

• 🚌 Buses: Bus routes will continue to run at their normal times.

• 👋 Students arriving early: Students who arrive before 8:20 a.m. will have supervision in the commons.

• 👩‍🏫 Why the change? The Wednesday PLC time gives our teachers an opportunity to review student data, collaborate, and make instructional adjustments to better support student learning.

2026–2027 Waseca Bluejay Athletic Registration is Now Open!

Registration for all 2026–2027 Waseca Bluejay athletics is now open through our new Bound registration system! We encourage families to complete registration as soon as possible so student-athletes are cleared and ready for the first day of practice.

✅ Getting Started
Visit the Waseca Bound homepage.
Click Registration at the top of the page.
Connect your parent and student accounts.
Verify and update demographic information.
Upload an MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Form (if required).
Complete all required electronic forms and acknowledgements.
Select the activities your student plans to participate in.
📋 Important Physical Information
If your student already has a valid sports physical date on file with Waseca Public Schools, that information has been transferred into Bound. You do not need to upload another physical until your current one expires.

When a new physical is required, simply upload a clear photo or scanned copy directly into your student's Bound registration. Waseca Public Schools will no longer collect or store paper copies of sports physicals.
