Hearing directly from our community helps us recognize what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve. A common message in the responses was that communication has many strengths and is generally timely, but there is always room to make things clearer and more consistent.
Based on the feedback, we are taking several next steps. Our district newsletter link is included below and will be a quarterly feature, providing a reliable place to find highlights of district activities. Respondents also shared that the website can be difficult to navigate, so we will be working in the coming weeks to improve the layout, make key information easier to locate, and enhance the search function. In addition, several stakeholders requested more consistent social media posts and updates directly from schools and programs. To address this, we are implementing processes to enhance our social media presence and ensure timely, school-level messaging.

The Waseca Public School Board will hold a Special Board Meeting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the Central Building, and its purpose is to take action on a land transfer resolution that needs to be addressed before the next regularly scheduled School Board meeting.
