We apologize for the notice being later than usual, but due to the road conditions, Waseca Public Schools will open 2 hours late on Monday, December 22. There will be no morning preschool. Jays Nest will be open at the normal time for currently registered students. Be safe on the roads, and we look forward to seeing everyone later this morning.

Good morning Bluejays,

Due to the road conditions and blowing snow, Waseca Public Schools will open 2 hours late on Wednesday, December 10. Some bus routes may still be impacted, and bus companies will communicate as needed. There will be no morning preschool. Jays Nest will be open at the normal time for currently registered students. We are excited to remind everyone that the Bluejay Blast is coming up this weekend!

Saturday, November 22, 2025

We will start with a pancake breakfast, a silent auction, and a kids' carnival at WIS at 9:00 am. We'll end at 11:00 am so that everyone can get to the state championship football game if they'd like to. Our Bluejays kick off at 1:00 pm.

The evening will feature Flannels and Fizz Adult Night: food, silent auction, games, live auction, and a live band at Starfire Event Center. We'll push back doors opening to 6:30 pm, again to allow fans to welcome home the student athletes from the game.

The timing is excellent for Bluejays to have breakfast at WIS, head to The Bank for the football game, then to make it back in time for the evening portion, don't you think?!

It will be a great day to be a Bluejay!
